Conditional Responses
Conditional Responses allow you to route users to different blocks based on conditions you set. Learn more about conditions rules
Instead of sending users to a block or group, you can elect to create a conditional response. This will give you greater flexibility and allow you to build more complex experiences. There are a few places you can utilize conditional responses:
Blocks
Conditional responses can be added to any button while building blocks. When a user clicks on that button, instead of being taken to another block or URL, they will be evaluated against the conditions in the conditional response.
Ordering in Conditional Responses
The order of the conditional responses is very important. Only the first true condition will be evaluated even if the user matches other conditions after.

Fallback Response
Each conditional response requires a fallback to be set. If a user does not match any condition, they will be sent to the fallback block.
