1. New Funnel: Use this button to create a new funnel.
2. Name: The name of your funnel.
3. Total Entered: The unique number of users who have entered a funnel.
4. Completion Rate: The percentage of users who made it to the final step in your funnel.
5. Steps: The name of each step in your funnel, certain types of steps have different colored representations.

Components of a Funnel

Funnels are comprised of a series of predetermined steps performed in order. Funnels track Unique Users journeys.

1. Funnel Name - The name of your funnel, click on the name to change it.
2. Steps - The steps of your funnel, click on a step to edit or delete it, use the 'Add Funnel Step' button to add a new step.
3. Save - If you’ve made changes to a funnel, you’ll need to save before navigating away.
4. Completion Rate - The percentage of users who made it to the final step in your funnel.
5. Step Completion Rate - The percentage of users who made it from one step to the next.
6. View Transcripts - View all of the transcripts for users who made it to a specific step in the funnel.

Building a Funnel

  1. Select "New Funnel" in the top left.

  1. Name your funnel and click "Add Funnel Step" to get started.

  1. Individual funnel steps can be named for easier reference, each funnel step is comprised of a series of Conditions. Once you're satisfied with your step, click 'Apply'.

Default Titles for Steps

Steps will automatically be titled the value of the condition you select. For example - 'Users who have transition to block named Welcome Block' would have a default title of 'Blocks - Welcome Block'.

  1. After you apply a step, the funnel will automatically simulate and show your results.

  1. Add as many steps as you'd like to your funnel, then click "Save" in order to revisit it again.

Deleting a Funnel

To delete a funnel, hover over it on the overview page and click the "More" icon on the right portion of the table.
