Data privacy
Snaps data classification system allows you to redact data from conversations, enforce least privilege and maintain visibility into the flow of your regulated data. Physical & Network Security
Snaps works with AWS and Aptible to deploy a secure and private cloud environment, and data is always protected in transit and at rest.
Roles and Access
Manage what information and controls your team has access to using roles and permissions. You can control what team member can do and see within the platform, and can revoke access at any time.
Resilience & Availability
Snaps continuously monitors system status to ensure consistent uptime and performance. Current and historical system status information can be found on our status page.
Privacy by Design
All Snaps servers and databases run a host intrusion detection system that provides proactive notification of potential breaches. Any data breach is communicated to our customers as quickly as possible (no more than 72 hours after Snaps has first learned of the issue).
GDPR
Snaps helps international vendors comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, in order to ensure they meet EU standards across all of their experiences. You can read more about our GDPR compliance.
